What Can Go In — and What Can't
Most common project debris is fine. A few things require special handling. When in doubt, just ask us before you load it.

- Household junk and general debris
- Furniture (couches, beds, dressers, tables)
- Appliances — except those with Freon (see below)
- Construction debris: drywall, lumber, framing
- Roofing materials: decking, gutters, fascia
- Flooring: tile, hardwood, carpet, laminate
- Yard waste: branches and brush. Dirt, sod, and other heavy fill materials are subject to weight restrictions — call us first for large amounts.
- Renovation waste: fixtures, cabinets, countertops
- Concrete and brick in small amounts only — large quantities not accepted due to weight.
✗ Not Accepted
- Hazardous materials: chemicals, solvents, pesticides
- Liquids of any kind — paint, oil, solvents, or other fluids, regardless of container.
- Refrigerators, freezers, A/C units, or any appliance containing Freon — call us about separate handling options.
- Tires — not accepted in bulk. Call us if you have a small number.
- Shingles — call us first. May be accepted with a surcharge. Quantity limits apply.
- Biohazardous or medical waste
- Batteries (car, industrial, or lithium)
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Items requiring mechanical equipment to load — heavy machinery or vehicles require prior approval. Call us before booking.

What size dumpster do I need?
For a single-room cleanout, garage cleanout, or small project, the 15-yard is usually the right fit. For whole-home cleanouts, major renovations, or large construction jobs, go with the 25-yard. How long can I keep the dumpster?
We rent from 1 day up to 30 days. 1-day rentals are available Monday–Thursday only. If your project runs longer than expected, call or text us before your rental period ends and we can extend it — usually without any hassle.
What can I throw in?
Most general debris — household junk, furniture, construction materials, yard waste, roofing decking, flooring, and renovation waste. Hazardous materials, liquids, Freon-containing appliances, shingles (call us first), and bulk tires are not accepted. What happens if I go over the weight limit?
Every rental includes a weight allowance — 2 tons for the 15-yard, 3 tons for the 25-yard. If your load comes in over, we bill the overage at $99/ton, prorated to your actual load. We'll tell you the full details before delivery — no surprises after pickup.
