What We Do Not Accept — All Route Service
The following items are prohibited from all route pickup, including poly carts and rear-load dumpsters. Items on this list will not be collected and may result in additional fees.

2-Yard & 4-Yard Weekly Dumpster Service
For customers who generate more waste than a poly cart handles — acreage properties, family compounds, small businesses, light commercial accounts, and households with consistent high volume.
These are rear-load dumpsters serviced on the same weekly route as our poly carts. They stay on your property permanently and get emptied every week. This is not a roll-off rental — it's a route service with a larger container. The same prohibited items list above applies to rear-load dumpster service.

How do I get started?
Call or text us at (972) 643-8868 and we'll get you set up — or use the sign-up form at the top of this page. We'll confirm your pickup day, schedule your cart delivery, and add you to the route. The whole process takes about 3 minutes.
What day will my trash be picked up?
We'll assign you a pickup day based on your address when you sign up. We run routes Monday–Friday. We'll let you know your specific day before your first pickup so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be home on pickup day?
Nope. Just roll your cart to the curb by 6 a.m. on your assigned day. Our truck will come through, empty it, and leave it at the curb. No need for you to be home or sign anything.
What if my pickup is missed?
If we missed your stop: Contact us promptly and we will come back the following day at no charge. We take this seriously — if our truck passed your stop, we make it right.
If your cart wasn't out when our truck came through: That's a missed pickup on your end. Return trips are available for a fee and are subject to driver availability. Contact us to schedule one.
Can I add more carts?
Yes. Each additional poly cart is just $16/mo. Call or text us and we'll update your account and deliver the extra cart before your next scheduled pickup.
What is the 2-yard and 4-yard weekly dumpster service?
Our 2-yard and 4-yard options are rear-load dumpsters that stay on your property and get emptied on your regular weekly route day — just like a poly cart. They're a good fit if you consistently generate more waste than a standard cart can hold, like on acreage properties, family compounds, small businesses, or light commercial accounts. These are not roll-off dumpsters — there's no drop-off and pickup for a one-time project. They stay put and get serviced every week. A 6-month minimum commitment is required.
How much trash can I put out per cart?
Bags must be between 13 and 32 gallons, with a maximum of 20 lbs per bag. All trash must fit inside the cart with the lid fully closed — loose or unbagged trash may not be collected or may incur additional fees. If you're regularly filling your cart and needing more room, adding a second cart at $16/mo is usually the easiest fix.
Can I use my own trash cart?
Yes — as long as the cart is not owned or branded by another waste company and is in good working condition. We'll add a Country Cousins sticker for route identification. If you'd prefer to use one of our carts instead, just let us know when you sign up.
Do you offer bulk pickup for large items like furniture or appliances?
Yes. We offer bulk pickup for items like furniture and appliances. Trash service customers receive discounted rates. Contact us for pricing and scheduling — at least 5 business days notice is preferred for large items.
Will holidays or weather affect my pickup?
Yes. Routes shift by one day when a major holiday falls on or before your scheduled pickup day. Planned holiday closures: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Do you offer recycling?
We do not offer recycling pickup at this time. For local recycling options, the Farmersville Drop-Off Recycle Center is available to area residents.
